Minimising the risks of investment - returning the system

You intend to acquire a sound reinforcement system for your restaurant, bar or shop and our range of solutions meets your needs. But there is also a chance that you will want to return the equipment. If this turns out to be the case, we have an option for you. Study the following information before requesting our Return Option form.

This option only applies to: sound reinforcement systems for the hospitality and/or retail sectors (independent businesses as well as chains).

Validity period: up to 1 year after purchase, beginning from the date of delivery. This option can only be used in the event of the following:
  • The equipment is no longer needed because the premises are vacated, OR
  • The business is shut down due to insolvency, illness or death.
The following restrictions apply:
  • Per location/branch:
    • The total value of all loudspeakers returned must not exceed 2000 EUR (retail price/net)
    • The total value of other essential components returned must not exceed 2000 EUR (retail price/net)
  • Per business/company:
    • The value of all equipment returned must not exceed a total of 5000 EUR (retail price/net)
We will refund 70 per cent of the net retail price plus VAT. You can return the following essential components to us: loudspeakers, signal splitting- and signal matching equipment and amplifiers. We accept complete systems, as well as individual components, according to the restrictions above.

We can only accept equipment that is clean, unpainted, damage-free and fully functional. Light wear and tear is acceptable. All equipment has to be returned in the original packaging.

We are unable to refund you for:

  • Cables; hooks, clips, etc.; adaptors
  • Racks; shelves, etc.
  • Mounting/fastening materials
  • Services rendered
